ACH Debit filers: If you currently file your monthly sales tax payment via the PrompTax Web site, you will still use your same access code and password to make your monthly payments. Do this through the PrompTax Web site, by selecting Login above. |

ST-810 filers: Login for ST-810 Web File has changed. You can no longer use your current access code and password to file your ST-810 online. You will need to register though the
Online Tax Center to Web File your ST-810 electronically. |

Multi-state filers: Currently Sales Tax Web File is not available to multi-state filers. |

• |
To enroll online for Withholding Tax you must have already filed an NYS-45, Quarterly Combined Withholding, Wage Reporting and Unemployment Insurance Return, with an amount greater than zero showing on line 15. |

Taxpayers using the ACH Debit option to remit their tax payments MUST complete the transaction no later than 5:59 p.m. Eastern Time one (1) business day prior to the tax due date. |
