| Under the terms of Section 99-B of the Alcoholic Beverages Control
Law, the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance has the authority to
sell the stock of confiscated alcoholic beverages which came into the
possession of the Department pursuant to judicial law. Restricted sales
are open to any manufacturer, wholesaler or retailer
conducting business with a valid NYS Liquor Authority license. |
